There isn't too much you need to do before this treatment. Drink water and hydrate before you come to your session. Bring an extra set of clothes, preferably sweat pants, sweat shirt, and a pair of socks.
The best thing to do after your session is to hydrate. Drink plenty of water. If you can take a cool shower to close your pores and wash away the toxins you've just sweated out. If possible get some rest or take a nap.
