Radio Frequency is a revolutionary treatment that firms, tightens and lifts the skin without having to go under the knife. Radio Frequency is a relaxing treatment that involves the application of cosmetic gel and a warm wand passing over the skin in sweeping circular motions. BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT

  • Avoid any known skin irritants such as retinoids and alpha and/or beta hydroxy acids for 3-5 days prior
  • Avoid treatments that will irritate your skin in treated area 1-2 weeks prior to your treatment like skin peel and waxing
  • Don't eat anything 2 hours before your treatment
  • Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, anti-inflammatory products for 2 days
  • Hydrate well for 7 days before treatment (try to drink at least 64 ounces of water every day)
  • Avoid caffeine the day of your treatment
  • Avoid any alcohol 24 hours before your treatment
  • Avoid having laser treatments on the area 2 weeks prior
  • Avoid excessive sun exposure 48 hours prior (we cannot treat skin with sunburn)
  • Come to your appointment with clean skin and no makeup in the area of your treatment
  • Our treatments are not suitable for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those with a heart disease or pacemaker

 

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

  • It is normal for skin to sometimes look flushed right after your treatment
  • Don't eat anything for at least an hour after your treatment
  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol for 48 hours after treatment
  • Do not wax treated area for 3-5 days
  • Do not laser treated area for 2 weeks
  • Avoid sun burn during the healing process of the skin for 2 weeks after treatment
  • Apply SPF 30 10 minutes before sun exposure
  • Drink lots of water... stay hydrated


Our Radio Frequency Skin Tightening treatment relies on the body's natural production of collagen and elastin to reveal results. The body takes some time to produce collagen, tho you may see immediate results, with proper care you will continue seeing results anywhere from 4-12 weeks.


Some clients may have a single session of RF and be happy with the results they receive. Though 6-8 treatments are recommended for best results.

IS RF SKIN TIGHTENING PERMANENT


As we age our skin cells are constant turning over on both the face and the body. This process cannot be stopped by any form of skin tightening procedure, however our Radio Frequency Skin Tightening treatment does deliver a safe, gentle, non-invasive, long term solution for achieving a tighter and firmer skin on the face and body.


To prolong the results of your RF Skin Tightening Treatment we recommend a maintenance program after completing your planned course of treatments. This could be getting a maintenance treatment two to four times a year to keep your skin young and glowing.
